Integration with Samanage
PageGate integrates with Samanage using the GetMail interface. Samanage sends emails on trigger conditions; PageGate translates them into SMS.
Configure GetMail
- Run PG Admin as Administrator. Go to Interfaces — GetMail — Settings. Check Enabled.
- In Local Domain, enter the internal IP or a sub-domain with MX pointing to the PageGate server.Example: IT_Alerts@192.168.1.175 or priority1@pg.something.com
- Click Apply. Enable for all. Go to Program — Settings, check GetMail, click Apply.
Configure Samanage to send alert emails to the appropriate PageGate address to trigger SMS delivery.
