Integration with ResponseMaster

Step 1 — Configure ResponseMaster as a Delivery Method

1. Right click Carriers, select Add.
2. Specify the following:

   Carrier: ResponseMaster
   Protocol: SMTP
   Host: rm-alert.com
   Port: [Port required by your SMTP server]
   Max Chars: 6000
3. Go to Carriers — ResponseMaster — Advanced.
4. Select Deliver through outgoing mail server and enter your SMTP server address in the Relay Server field.
   Example for Office365: smtp.office365.com
5. If authentication is required, enter the username and password.
6. Set Priority to: 1. Click Apply.
7. Go to Carriers — ResponseMaster — Template.
8. In the Settings section specify:

   From = [username field value]
   EXAMPLE: From = CAD@yourdomain.com
9. Click Apply.

Step 2 — Create Recipients

1. Right click Recipients, select Add.
2. Specify the following:

   Full Name: [Agency being messaged]
   Type: Normal
   Carrier: ResponseMaster
   ID/PIN: The part of the ResponseMaster address BEFORE @rm-alert.com
   Example: if address is 73785r@rm-alert.com, use 73785r
   Max Chars: 6000

   When integrating with a CAD system, the Recipient field needs to reflect CAD's name for this recipient.
3. Click Apply.
