1. If you installed from CD-Rom, remove the CD and keep it in a safe place. You will need it again if you ever need to reinstall NotePager Net, or want to install either the NotePager Net Monitor program, or the NotePager Net Client on a workstation.
2. If you installed NPN Monitor from a single downloaded file (npnv3.exe or npnv3.zip), be sure to make a copy of the file and store it in a safe place. You will need it again if you ever need to reinstall NotePager Net, or want to install the NotePager Net Administration program, the NotePager Net Monitor program, or the NotePager Net Client on a workstation.
3. TCP/IP must be installed and operational on both the NotePager Net server computer and the workstation running NPN Monitor. The Windows ping utility should be used to verify connectivity.
