Integration with Monty Mobile

Step 1 — Create a Monty Mobile Account

1. Go to sms.montymobile.com.
2. Complete account creation and registration to receive your username and API key.

Step 2 — Configure Monty Mobile in PageGate

1. Run PG Admin. Right click Carriers, select Add.
2. Specify the following:

   Carrier: MontyMobile
   Protocol: HTTPPOST
   Host: httpsmsc.montymobile.com/HTTP/api/Client/SendSMS
   Port: 443
   Max Chars: 160
3. Click Apply.
4. Go to Carriers — MontyMobile — Template. In Settings enter: HttpPostType = HeadBody
5. In the Text section enter:

   |destination|%RecipientId%|
   |source|[Your Monty Mobile Sender ID]|
   |text|%Message%|
   |dataCoding|0|
6. Click Apply.
7. Go to Carriers — MontyMobile — Advanced. Enter MontyMobile Username and API Key in the Username and Password fields.

Step 3 — Create Recipients

1. Right click Recipients, select Add.
2. Specify the following:

   Full Name: [Recipient name]
   Type: Normal
   Carrier: MontyMobile
   ID/PIN: 10-digit cell phone number with no spaces or dashes
   Max Chars: 160
3. Click Apply.
