Integration with Mitsubishi's MelEye

Step 1 — Configure GetAscii Basic Polling

1. Create: c:\PageGateData\MelEye\
2. Open PG Admin. Go to Interfaces — GetAscii — Settings. Set Polling Directory to c:\PageGateData\MelEye\. Check Enabled. Click Apply. Enable for all.

Step 2 — Configure Advanced Polling — Files

1. Go to Interfaces — Settings — GetAscii — Advanced Polling — Files. Click Add.
2. Specify:

   Recipient: *
   From: MelEye
   File(s): [MelEyeFaultLogName].txt
   Path: [Path to the MelEye Fault Log]
   File Type: Adding

   Click Apply, then Apply again.

Step 3 — Configure Advanced Polling — Record, Recipient, Sender, Message

1. Record: Start Pattern *, Start Offset 0, End Pattern \013, End Offset 0. Click Apply.
2. Recipient: If all alerts go to same recipient, select Static Recipient. For dynamic CSV-based routing, use Dynamic Recipient with patterns matching your CSV structure. Click Apply.

   Example Dynamic Start Pattern: \034\044\034*\034\044\034 (Start Offset: -999)
   Example Dynamic End Pattern: \034\044\034 (End Offset: 0)
3. Sender: Select Static Sender. Enter: MelEye. Click Apply.
4. Message: Start Pattern *, End Pattern ~. Click Apply.

Step 4 — Clean Up Data with Lookup Table

1. Check Use Lookup Table. Click Edit Table.
2. Click Add. Set Data In: *"*, Data Out: [leave blank]. Click Apply.
3. Click Add. Set Data In: *,*, Data Out: [leave blank]. Click Apply.
