Templates for Fax and FaxSrv

When sending a fax from PageGate, you may want to modify the output so that the information maintains the look of a facsimile transmission rather than raw text output. To apply a template to a Fax or FaxSrv carrier, all you have to do is go in to the Template sub-section of that carrier. In the "Message" section, you can enter the template and all important variables.

The following is an example of a Faxing Template:

FROM: <Your Name here>

TO:   %Recipient%

     %Comment1%

     %Comment2%

     %Comment3%

     %Comment4%

SENT:  %Date% %Time%

---------------------------------------------------------------------

SUBJECT:  %Subject%

MESSAGE:

%Message%

After entering the template information, click on Apply.
