This interface allows PageGate to monitor a serial/RS232 port (virtual or physical) for raw data ascii strings to be parsed in to outbound messages. When a data string is sent to a monitored serial port, GetSerial pattern matches sections of the data string to parse information for messaging.

Right clicking on GetSerial will provide a context menu with two options. •Start Selecting this option will start the GetSerial interface, if stopped.
•Stop Selecting this option will stop the GetSerial interface, if started. |
