This Help file is probably the best resource for most questions; it can be accessed from the PageGate program group in your Start Menu, or by clicking Help in the PageGate Admin.

If contacting NotePage's Technical Support Department, please obtain the relevant PageGate Log files and database. For more information on how to do that, please review the Database and Logging sections of the documentation.
