Bad Messages

The 'Bad Messages' log shows information about messages that have received errors while being delivered by the PageGate Server.  Information is only shown for messages sent during the current session of the PageGate GUI Client.  This log displays whom the message was sent to, when it was sent to the paging server, the current message status, and the beginning of the actual message.  The 'Refresh' button will update the displayed information.  The 'Requeue' button will change the highlighted message's status from 'bad' back to 'pending' (the message will be resent by the paging server).  The 'Close' button will close the log screen.  Please see your PageGate administrator or the PageGate Server documentation for possible causes, more detailed information and troubleshooting tips.  The 'Bad Messages' log can be accessed by choosing 'Bad' form the 'View' menu, or by clicking on the 'Bad' label on the PageGate GUI Client's main screen.
