Integration with Intergraph Computer Aided Dispatch (CAD)

Option A — GetTAP Integration

1. Open PG Admin. Go to Interfaces — GetTAP — Settings.
2. Set Serial Port to match the COM/Serial port Intergraph is plugged in to.
3. Mirror Intergraph's Baud Rate, Parity, Data Bits, Stop Bits. Set Init String to: direct
4. Check Enabled. Click Apply. Enable for all groups and recipients.

Option B — SNPP Listener Integration

1. Create c:\PageGateData\Ascii\. Configure GetAscii pointing to this directory. Enable for all.
2. Create c:\PageGateData\SNPP\. Move snppserver.exe, pininfo.txt, and snpp.ini from the PageGate installation directory to this folder.
3. Edit snpp.ini: set OutputFolder=c:\PageGateData\SNPP\ and LogFolder=c:\PageGateData\Logs\. Save.
4. Edit pininfo.txt to define valid PIN ranges. Example for 10-digit IDs:

   "0000000001","9999999999","PG_Recipient"
5. Install and start the SNPP Server as a Windows Service:

   snppserver /reinstall
   net start pgsnppserver
