We have been using the PageGate product for approximately 5 months. On one of the client computers (XP PRo) The user sometime receives an error message after sending a page. The error message is as follows:
Error # 91 Object Variable or With block Variable note set in Procedure: Send_form update_counters
Does anyone know why I am receiving this meesage. And why it is only occuring on one of the computers. We have about 6 client computer (All XP Pro) running the PageGate client
Thanks.

Is anything different in the way the network is configured for the one PC as opposed to the others? Is the server a mapped drive on each of the systems?
I'm not too sure what precisely would give you that error but the error means that this particular workstation or instance of the GUI client isn't able to update the PageGate database with the information to page out. Does this workstation have different rights or permissions to the directories?

The workstation is setup exactly the same as the others. The mapped drive is there. The weird part is that the software successfully sends the page. It just sounds like the counter does not work. After receiving the error, The application quits and you must restart the app. The permissions for this computer are the same as the others as all of the computers that have the paging application installed are all part of the same permission group (As well as the users).

Scott,
That's really strange. If the permissions and mapped drives and associates are the exact same for this work station, I don' t know why this individual workstation is giving you the error when the others aren't. Have you tried completely uninstalling, then reinstalling the GUI client for this workstation to see if it has any effect? If not, try that and let us know what happens.

I have not done anything yet until I spoke with you guys. I will try installing and uninstalling the client to see if that makes a difference. FYI The user send out about 50 pages per day and it happens approximately 3 times per day.
