The correct area code for Rogers is 514 not 513. So the correct phone number is 514-340-1824. However, I can't get it to work with my GSM (bad ID/PIN message...).

Can you copy and paste an attempt from the connection log file (npp.log)?

That "Bad/ID Pin" message is the TAP terminal rejecting the ID/Pin.

just tried this.

doesn't work..though I'm sure I don't know how to put inthe numbers correctly.

do I need to put +1? or just 10 digit number?

is this same for the carrier number and the recipient number?
