Chances are, it has to do with the Sender's information you're passing to the carrier.
In the settings of your Carrier in NotePager Pro, make sure that the local domain is the latter half of your email address.
Once you've done that, go to Tools -> Setup -> General.
In the General settings, make sure that the Sender's name is the same as the beginning portion of your email address (the part before the @).
That way, when you send a message to the carrier, it views the sender's name as your email address. the reason you need to do this is called a "Reverse DNS Lookup". The carrier is actually looking at the sender before it delivers the message to the device. If the sender is not a valid email address, the carrier will accept the incoming message, then never deliver it. |
