Looks like the template is messed up, because ~~~user~~~ should have
been replaced with the recipient's name by PG Admin

I'm not too sure about this one. It looks like the ad-hoc template hasn't been configured properly.

With this one, it looks like a regular email message tried to come into PageGate with an invalid recipient's name.

I don't know precisely what but something's not set up properly with this webpage.

The rest of the log looks like more repetitions of the same issue. You'll want to search all files in the webpages folder (i.e. c:\inetpub\wwwroot\ or whatever you specified during the installation) for all files with '~~~user~~~' in them. Only template files should really
have that text in them.

To be honest, I'm not too sure what can be done about the message addressed to glibanan@kfmc.med.sa. I think this is coming in to PageGate by accident, and PageGate is ignoring it, as it should be.

is most likely from messages coming into a webpage that isn't setup to
be an ad-hoc webpage (It could be that you configured the wrong template or didn't realize that you needed to use a differente template?).

To help you track down and solve these issues, would you please send a copy of the pagegate.mdb file and a zipped copy of your webpages folder to support@notepage.com

Once we receive that information, we can take a closer look at what's going on as there appear to be multiple issues, not just a single issue that's causing the problems you're experiencing.
