Notepager Pro error "Duplicate program", quiting

We are running Notepager pro version 3 on a windows 2003 server and everytime we click on the icon is says duplicate program , quitting and then exits. We are still recieving pages from the program we just cannot get into the program to add an carrier or sender info

Look in your system try (down by the clock), and see if there is a little pager icon there, and click on it. You may have to expand the system tray to see it.

Optionally, you can try going into the Windows task manager and ending the task named npp.exe. Then restart NotePager Pro.

You can't start NotePager Pro because there really is a copy already running :)
