Cannot launch Pagegate Monitor

We're running Pagegate on a Win2k box, and have suddenly lost the ability to launch the monitor function. A look at Pagegate services shows everything to be running. Also, I don't know if this is related or not, but I checked the log and found the following error message:

6/3/2005 3:21:29 PM PageGate Client License exceeded. NotePager Net service has been disabled on excess recipients

How do I fix this(these) problem/s?

Make sure there is a PageGate Monitor executable (PGMonitor.exe) in the PageGate progam file directory.

Are you licensed for the GUI interface?
If not, uncheck "Enabled" under 'Interfaces' - 'GUI Client' - 'Settings'.
