It resends over and over and can not cancel pending

all i can do is unload Notepager Pro V3 and do a clean install. this is the second time this has happened in 2 weeks.

It sounds like there might be a background database issue that's causing the problem. If you would, please email a copy of c:\program files\notepager pro\npp.mdb to support at notepage dot com
