I am using PageGate 4 with a 100 user license. Users are complaining that certain recipients are not being displayed in the PageGate client program. We have 105 recipients defined in PageGate, and I have noticed that the last user displayed in the client is number 100 in the recipient list. Is the 100 user license causing this behaviour, and if so, would I need to upgrade the license for more users to be displayed in the client? If not, any thoughts as to why the last 5 are not displayed?

You have exceeded the Pager license. The GUI service is disabled on the "extra" Recipients.

Please contact Sales (sales@notepage.com) to discuss an upgrade to your license.
