I'm evaluating PageGate for an SMS solution. I want to retrieve emails through POP3 and send them as SMS. I don't want to use any carriers, I just want to connect an Ericsson T68 as a modem and send the messages through it. I didn't manage to do this so far. Can I do it and how?

In order to deliver messages, you WILL need to add a Carrier.

If you are going to configure PageGate's Dialer to use the phone, the Carrier protocol will need to be GSM (the phone and your Cellular service must support GSM).

After configuring your Carrier and Dialer, add a Recipient and send a test message.
