Error message in GUI startup for pagegate

I am just recently getting an error message when starting pagegate GUI. the error reads (Unable to synchronize time with the scheduler. Using local time) How do I fix this message as it is not allowing me to send out pages?

Spoke to another admin at the customer site that called regarding this issue.

The PageGate server was not running (due to a permission issue on the database directory).

Once PageGate Server and the PageGate Scheduler (NT Service) was started, Clients synchronized time and the dialers delivered pending messages.
