I am unable to find my modem with the softwares wizards search. But as we can see I am able to use it fine. My modem is a "SoftV92 data fax modem with SmartCP" Can I get some help on this

When you run the wizard, make sure no other software is using (or even monitoring) the modem. For example, internet connections, fax software, palm sync software, etc.

You can also go into your Windows control panel, under Phone and Modems, and look for the serial port your modem is setup to use, and then manually enter that into NotePager Pro's setup screen.
