I just downloaded the free trial version of Notepager Pro. I can not get it to send messages to Verizon cellphones. I have a sender name, I am sending via SMTP to the 10 Digit Phone Number @vtext.com. I get the same error message regardless of which phone I am trying to reach. I am able to E-Mail these users from the same computer.
The only other problem I can think of is that the computer is connected to a cable router then to a cable modem to the internet. The message log shows that the program is making a connection to verizon then refusing the message.

I checked out that thread, which sent me to another thread which had directions on how to fix a similar problem in pagegate, not notepage pro. I had read both of those threads before posting my question.
I attempted to follow the directions in those posts anyway but found that there is already a file called modem.dbg in that directory. since the directions don't go on from there for notepage pro this was of little help. I tried calling tech support on the phone but got voicemail. I will try to reach a live person again when I get to the office today.
I also have a sender's name in that field already, which comes up on other providers. It is so far Verizon and Cingular which I can not get to work. Only Nextel seems to work well. If this problem can not be solved then I will have to look for another program that will work for our fire department.

I had to change the outgoing mail to a different mail hub, since our ISP will only allow outgoing through their own server. I could not get this to work using either this setting or the original default.
Here is the log:

What protocol are you using for Nextel?
What are the results if you run the Internet Connect Wizard
('Tools' - 'Wizards' - 'Connection' - 'Internet')?
SMTP - Pass/Fail ?
SNPP - Pass/Fail ?
WCTP - Pass/Fail ?

Tech Support had contact with customer via phone.
Customer's ISP is blocking SMTP port 25, but allowing SMTP relay without authentication.
Entered correct Relay Server, Local Domain and Sender's Name. Message delivery is now successful.
