Using Notepager Pro to Rogers PCS in British Columbia

We are a Real Estate office in BC trying to use Notepager Pro to page a number of users of Rogers PCS devices. Our modem attempts to dial & connect but we always get an error that we are not able to connect.

We have contacted Rogers, adjusted settings at their request but still cannot get it to work. We have contacted another Real Estate office in our area and found that they have the same issues.

Are you aware of limitations to paging to Rogers PCS devices, and is there a solution?

It sounds like you may need to adjust the Carrier settings.

Can you please post a connection attempt from your log "C:\Program Files\NotePager Pro\npp.log"?
