How do you turn on SMTP AUTH on PageGate v4?

Thanks
Darrell

Open "regedit" on the PageGate Server machine.

Under [HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\NotePage\PageGate]

create a new DWORD Value named: "SMTP_Auth"

Set the Value's Data to "1"

Stop/Restart GetMail.

PageGate will verify's the sender's account name, mail domain (against the GetMail "Local Domain" setting) and Password.

Sender Account = "Recipient" + GetMail "Local Domain"
SMTP Auth Password = POP Access Password

The Sender must have PageGate "recipient" account.
GetMail must be "Enabled" for that recipient
POP Access and "Password" must be set in Recipient's "Email" settings.
