I am the OPS NCO of a military MEDEVAC unit in Alaska, we use the Notepager program to quickly get many pages to people quickly to save lives.
Today we attempted to change pager carriers yet the NotePager program isn't sending pages to the new numbers. We've set up the new carrier and all the info typed in is good, but for some reason we keep getting a "Unable to connect to carrier." message in the connection monitor window.
Is this a problem with the program, or perhaps is it a block by the military network we're working under? Thank you

Once the detailed connection appears in your logs, send a test message.
After the message "fails", attach a copy of your dialer log (npp.log) to and e-mail and send it to forumsupport@notepage.com.
Also, in the body of the email, include the following Carrier information, as is entered into the software.
Phone Number:
Baud Rate:
Parity:
Data Bits:
Stop Bits:
