Hello,
PageGate has been functioning well for a long time. However, when I attempted to add a new recipient, I noticed that I couldn't check the GetWeb box under Enabled Services. I then checked the GetWeb settings under Interfaces, but the "Enabled" box was unchecked, and I couldn't select it. While GetWeb is operational, I'm unable to add the recipient. I have a 50-user license and am within that limit. How can I resolve this issue and enable the new recipient?

There are a few things we'd like to double check. If you would, please do thee following:
1) Open PG Admin.
2) Go to Database - Tools - Export - Recipients and Groups
3) Save the file somewhere convenient
4) Email the file to support at notepage dot com
