MultiTech rCell 100 Configuration issue

Please advise on the modem configuration. Telnet to rCell 100 on TCP/5000 was successful with login/password. And this has been configured on the Carrier entry on PageGate. But it is failing to send SMS (reset modem failure).

Based on what we can see in the log, it looks like the device's Telnet options haven't been configured; PageGate isn't receiving a response when it knocks on the proverbial door.

To double check, can you open the device's web UI if you go to to 172.29.221.118 in a web browser?

If so, try to browse to 172.29.221.118/cellular/telnetRadioAccess

Is it currently enabled?

Yes, it is enabled. Here is the telnet test result.

To double check, go to Carriers - Verizon - Template. What do you currently have the 'Settings' section?

Ah, it looks like you need to add the following to your carrier template 'Settings' section:
TcpProtocol = Telnet

That did not work, but we found that the cellular Telnet Radio Access option "Raw" needs to be enabled. https://www.diafaan.com/reviews/multitech-multiconnect-rcell-100/
