TAP stop working after the upgrade

Hello,
After upgrading my PageGate upgrade from v4 to v5 , I got an error with outgoing TAP. TAP does not work. Any advice to solve this error?

Here is the output from the connector log.geometry dash scratch

To double check a few things, if you go into the PageGate program directory and go into the properties of pagegate.exe, what build number is displayed under the 'Details' tab?
