We have 2 Sprint PCS cell phones that aren't getting texts. They were working. The logs are showing SUCCESSFUL for the messages.
Any ideas?
Of course, Sprint is saying it's on our end.

Just to double check, are you using SMTP, SNPP or WCTP to send your Sprint messages?
If you're using SMTP, what domain are you addressing the messages to (phonenumber@messaging.sprintpcs.com, phonenumber@sprintpaging.com or phonenumber@tmomail.net)?
Lastly, what version of PageGate are you using? |

| If you would, please email a copy of your logs (c:\PageGateData\Logs\*.log, by default) to support at notepage dot com so we can have a look at a few things. |
