Messages to Microsoft Fax Server Stopped working

I have a customer that reported the faxing on from his PageGate server has stopped working. I am seeing the following in the connector log for the FAXSrv:

4/9/2021 4:57:50 PM ----------------------------------------
4/9/2021 4:57:50 PM Working on message to: qed from: mgraney@qed.com
4/9/2021 4:57:50 PM Formatting message
4/9/2021 4:57:50 PM Sending Fax
4/9/2021 4:57:50 PM Unable to send to the fax server
4/9/2021 4:57:50 PM Message retry limit reached
4/9/2021 4:57:50 PM FAILED Stn:0 To:qed Frm:xxxxxxxxx Msg:Test Fax Message<13><10>TEST 123 ABC
4/9/2021 4:57:51 PM Carrier retry limit reached. Marking pending messages as bad

I am however able to send faxes out directly from the Microsoft Fax Server, this has been working through PageGate until recently, and we have not made any changes the configuration.

PageGate v.7, Windows Server 2012R2

It appears that PageGate connector cannot actually see the fax server over the network

As OzCom mentioned, based onw hat we can see int he connector log, it looks like the MS fax server is unavailable.

Just to double check, if you check the MS Fax server itself, is the IP the same as what PageGate is referencing?
