We are seeing odd behavior with emails and not sure if it is PageGate or the customers email server. Between the hours of 2000 and 2359 +1900 is added to the UTC time throwing off the date in the header of received emails. Normally it is +0500. Any help would be appreciated.

In D:\PageGateData\Logs\Y2020M01D15\PGDial1 the log shows ....Date: Wed, 15 Jan 2020 22:32:42 +1900 (EST)<13><10>
To: <7936130e37074a6c9ccd0d2773890e6c@alert.bryx.com>

Here is the email header received by the destination:

Just to double check a few things, if you would, go in to the properties of pagegate.exe in the program directory and check the 'Version' or 'Details' tab to let us know which build of the program you're using.

Also, go in to PG Admin and go to the Registration section. In the upper right hand corner, it will say 'Connectors' and give you a number. What number is there?

We have an updated build of the connector engines we'd like you to try. If you would:

1) Download the updated executables here:
https://www.notepage.net/download/dev/pgdial1.exe
https://www.notepage.net/download/dev/pgdial2.exe

2) Browse in to the PageGate program directory.

3) Make a backup copy of the current pgdial1.exe and pgdial2.exe files

4) Open PG Admin.

5) Right click on 'Connectors', select 'Stop All'

6) Copy the files you downloaded in step 1 in to the PageGate program directory and overwrite the existing files.

7) Back in PG Admin, right click on 'Connectors', select 'Start All'

Then follow up with us to let us know if the issue is resolved, please.

Outstanding and thank you for the quick response!! The new connectors resolved the issue and all is well. Could you offer an explanation of why this was happening? More curious on my part.

The Connector module was calculating the time zone offset in an odd way.

+1900 and -500 both describe the same offset from GMT (5 hours offset). However one is 24 hours from the other.

The Connector was mis-calculating the negative/positive aspect of the offset at night.
