Some of those values are going to be controlled by how much information is kept in the database. To determine that, open PG Admin and go to Database - Settings. Once there, you should see the 'purge after' value and that controls how many days worth of information to store.
To run a totals only report of messages sent, this is what you'll want to do:
1) Open PG Admin.
2) Go to Reports - Sent Messages - Recipient.
3) Select (ALL) recipients.
4) Specify the date and time range.
5) Select 'Totals Only'
6) Select whether you want all messages, just the good messages or just the bad messages.
7) Click Print.
That report will display the total number of messages sent for the date and timeframe requested.
As for if there is a way to have an SMS sent twice to a specific user, there are numerous ways this could be done, depending on the interfaces involved. Are you looking to do something specific? |
