Using v7 of PageGate and licensed for GetAscii which I now want to use. I set the GetAscii folder and enable. I see the Windows services GetAscii start and then a few seconds later, it stops.
Now it appears I'm not processing messages written to the registry.

If you would, please email the c:\PageGateData\Logs\*.log files from the PageGate server so we can have a look at what's happening. |

I was able to get the GetASCII module started again. I re-installed, and reset all the configuration boxes and I was finally able to get the service started.
I would send you the log files, but it looks like when I did the re-install all the log files were reset. None of the log files have any entries before about 5PM.
Can you confirm that the GetASCII module is also responsible for messages written to the registry? It appeared yesterday that with the GetASCII service being down, the messages written to the registry were not being processed.

That is correct, it is the GetAscii interface that processes registry written content. |
