Hi Newbie poster so pardon me if I am querying something already discussed. We use Pagegate to send SMS messages to staff. Until recently this worked fine, but lately we've found that the SMS messages from PageGate do not reach their company owned mobile phones (EE). They do reach personal mobile phones (any cell provider incl EE). Also SMS from any mobile to company mobile does work - it is just when PageGate software sends the SMS that it fails. Anyone any idea how to solve this?

Hm.... I'd like to see what the protocol negotiation looks like. If you would, please send a copy of the c:\PageGateData\Logs\*.log files from the server to support at notepage dot com

My colleague who has server access advises that the directory is empty.

In that case, open the PageGate Admin and go to Program - Settings. Once there, it will note your logs directory - please email me the .log files from that folder.
