We had a circuit go down for days, and the guy on call didn't silence the alerts, but rather just stopped the PageGate service. So now we have hundreds of messages get queued up.
I tried right clicking the carrier and recipient queues and clearing them out, however they still keep coming. Finally I stopped the service, went into the data PageGateData/Orion/process folder and deleted those files. Now the messages stopped being sent out, however the PG Monitor still shows the hundreds of emails in the queue. How can I resolve this?

Just to double check, what number does the 'Pending' category at the bottom of the PG Monitor window display? |

Right, the totals next to Server, Sched, GetAscii, GetMail, GetSerial, GetTap, GetWeb, Client and Connectors show you the number of messages that have been processed while you've had the PG Monitor running. If you close and re-open the monitor, it will reset those counters to 0. Alternatively, you could go under the Tools menu and select 'Reset Counters'. |
