Hi, I need some help.
Using notepage pro V3, sending the Orion solarwinds event message to the phone, notepage made the relevant configuration.
The Orion solarwinds triggered the event to send a text message, but the delay was so great that it was sometimes delayed to more than two hours (Orion solarwinds was a timely event log).Orion was built on the Windows 2008 operating system, using Orion solarwinds NPM and SAM.
How do I troubleshoot?

Hm... let's see if we can determine where that delay is coming from. If you would, please email the NotePager Pro Log to support at notepage dot com. To find the log, go to View - Dialer Log, where you can copy the log to the clipboard to paste it in to the email.
Also, when you email the log, give us a few examples of messages that were delayed (date and time and what the message said). |
