With regard to the on-call feature, is there a way to have more than one schedule and have a recipient belong to more than one carrier for the purposes of on-call scheduling? In that during normal business hours the recipient will receive notifications via email messages. During after hours and weekends they will receive notifications via text messages. I've read the manual and looked at some of the videos. Still kind of unsure how to set up properly. Any tidbits of information would be great.

Each address/device you want to send to would need its own recipient in PageGate. So, you would have one recipient for the cell phone and a second recipient for the email. The first recipient would then be a part of the first on-call schedule/group you were mentioning, the email recipient would then be part of its own on-call schedule/group for the same purpose.

Thank you very much. It did not dawn on me to create separate recipients. Now it makes sense.
