|
|
This question was previously raised with no follow-up answer. The Sender filed is populated however recipients are getting duplicate senders in the message. The recipient details were set to not receive the sender info as was previously discussed however this completely removes the sender. We are looking to just have it referenced once. Any ideas?
Thanks

Just to double check, what version of NotePager Pro are you using? |

Since you're using an older version of the program, try this:
1) In Windows, run Notepad.
2) In Notepad, type the following:
%Message%
3) Go to File - Save As.
4) Browse in to the NotePager Pro program directory.
5) Change the "Files of Type" to All Files to prevent Notepad from placing a .txt extension on the file.
6) Name the file: global.mtp
7) Click on Save.
8) Close and re-open NotePager Pro. |

Excellent. Thanks for the quick response and resolution. Sender is no longer duplicating.
