All messages being sent from PageGate to ProPage pages are failing. The format is "7digitpager#@page.propage.net".

If you would, please email the c:\PageGateData\Logs\*.log files from your PageGate Server to support at notepage dot com so we can have a look at the protocol negotiations.

To follow up on the forum thread, the issue was determined to be that the ProPage SMTP host's MX host isn't accepting connection requests properly. The best solution to this is to configure ProPage as an SNPP based carrier, like so:

Carrier: Propage
Protocol: SNPP
Host: page.propage.net
Max Chars: 240

Then reconfigure all Propage recipients to use this new Propage carrier and use ONLY the 10 digit phone number in the ID/PIN field (ex; 7818290500).
