Our CAD vendor automatically fills the address field with leading zeros. Does PageGate have a configuration option to remove leading zeros in the address field when creating text messages? When first responders click on the address with leading zeros within their text, Google maps is unable to find the address.

How is the CAD system passing its information to PageGate? Which is to say, which Interface/Module are you using to read the CAD data in? |

Dapro CAD generates an ACSII file that PageGate picks up and reads to generate the texts. There is no interface per se, we just create the files and they read them. Those are the only two parts to that part of the texting, there is no service that conducts any sort of translation.

Based on that, it sounds like you're using PageGate's GetAscii module, so it should be possible to pre-process the data to remove the leading 0's. To determine if this is actually feasible, however, please email an example text file from the CAD system to support at notepage dot com so we can have a look at the structure of the data. |
