We are running v6 and just moved everything to a new server. I now have a number of client applications installed that need to be updated to point to the new server and file directories. Is there a way to do this remotely so we don't have to touch each computer?

I forgot to add that all of my clients are Windows 7 Enterprise.

If you have the ability to propagate a registry change across the network, yes.

On 64-bit operating systems, the PageGate Client keeps its settings in the following section of the registry:
HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE - Software - Wow6432Node - NotePagerNet

On 32-bit operating systems, the PageGate Client keeps its settings in the following section of the registry:

HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE - Software - NotePagerNet

The two keys you'll want to update are:

DB_Dir
PresetFile

Thank you. That worked beautifully. I was able to create a GPO with the changes and deploy it to the affected computers.
