Hello,

Pagegate 5.0

Both recipients are email addresses, and configured identically.

Options checked are::
GetAscii
GUIClient
Type: Normal
Carrier: Email
MaxChars 512

All Checked:
Alpha
Send Subject
Drop Non Pritnables

Reliapage is NOT checked.

Will provide screenshots of recipient screen if needed.

As I said, both recipients are identical with the exception of the name and email address.

In the logs:

1 recipient:

12/2/2013 7:37:46 AM Sent:email@blablah.com:1049 WILLOW GR (etc etc)

2nd recipient:

12/2/2013 7:41:41 AM Sent:1817:email@blahblah.com:1049 WILLOW GR (etc etc)

Note how on the second recipient the 1817? Isnt that the reliapage number?

Why? And how do I turn it off? (since reliapage is already off) Ive deleted the recipient and recreated it with no luck.

It may or may not be. If you would, please email your logs to support at notepage dot com so we can see everything in context for the message transactions.

The Global, Scheduler and Connector 1 logs, please. You can find them in the PageGate logging directory. If you're unsure or what your logging directory is, open the PageGate Admin and go to the Program - Settings section. Once there, just make a note of what the logging directory is and browse to that directory in windows. The 3 files I need, specifically, are the pagegate.log, pgsched.log and pgdial1.log files, please.
