PGMailServer Service Fails to start on v5 of pagegate

PGMailServer service fails to start. I have tried to start it from Services panel and it ends with generic failure to start message. Application Event Log shows the following. Cannot find any details in PageGate logs even though they are set to DEBUG level.

Would appreciate Assistance. We only use GetASCII module bt would appreciate support so I can avoid messages in log

Based on what I can see in the error, it looks like you're using an older build of the program. The first thing I'd recommend is updating to the last build of version 5 that we released by using this installation file: http://www.notepage.net/download/pgv5.0.95.exe

Simply install that right overtop of what you have now and see if that fixes the issue.
