This is a general announcement for any of our clients using the Windstream Internet Service Provider. Verizon has blacklisted Windstream and is no longer accepting messages from anyone on Windstream's IP address or SMTP Servers. Unfortunately, there is nothing that can directly be done to fix that unless you have access to your own Exchange or other SMTP Server.
You might try contacting Windstream to encourage them to contact Verizon to find out why they're blacklisted.
Again, if you're using Windstream, currently you will not be able to send messages to Verizon via SMTP. |
