Marc,
Is this a new setup or an existing setup that has just started to give the error? |

Hello,
This is and existing setup. It's been up for over 2 years.

Marc,
That's... really bizarre because the error is referencing a routine that converts an old database style to the new standard. If this is a setup that's been working properly for two years, unless something radical changed like transferring servers and installing a new build of the program, that error means that the Admin is detecting that certain sections of your database aren't there and it's assuming it needs to upgrade the database to the new standard.
If you would, please email a copy of the pagegate.mdb file (typically located in c:\PageGateData\Database\) to support at notepage dot com so I can have a look at the database to see what's going on. |

The file you sent was the automatic backup of the PageGate Database that the program makes each day at midnight. That backup file is intact, so here's what you're going to want to do:
1) On the PageGate server, shut down ALL PageGate programs and services. We want absolutely no part of PageGate running.
2) Go in to the c:\PageGateData\Database\ directory on your hard drive.
3) Rename the pagegate.mdb file to pagegate.old
4) Rename the pgedbbak.mdb to pagegate.mdb
5) Try to run the Admin.
If the Admin comes up without an error, restart the PageGate Server and you should be back in business. |

I am glad everything is working again, and glad you like PageGate. If there is ever anything else, please let us know.
