Anyone have any ideas on why it wont dial out and just does this?

First, your communication parameters are a little odd. Most TAP systems use between 300 and 9600 baud, even parity, 7 data bits and 1 stop bit.
Second, we're receiving a local echo from the COM port and that usually mean that the connector in PageGate is set for Direct Terminal mode, nod dialing mode. So, go in to the PG Admin and go to the Connectors - Connector 1 - Settings. Is direct connect checked? If so, uncheck it and give it another try. |
