Sender's Name

In Note Pager Pro, The Sender's name is displaying twice:

for example: The Sender's name is "Dispatch". The page says "call desk"


The user recieves the following message:

Dispatch:Dispatch:Call Desk

I don't want the senders name displayed
twice.

Any suggestions? Thanks

If you go in to the settings of the Recipients, there is an option called "Don't send Sender". Enable that and it won't duplicate the Sender's Name in the body of the message.

If I do that, I get no name. I want the name displayed, just not twice

I would have to go in every recip to make that change
