When multiple SMS messages come through, is there any way to disable the 1of2 and 2of2 at the beginning of each message?

That is an indication that you are sending messages that are longer than the carrier can accept. PageGate splits long messages at whatever character limit you have set in CARRIER and prefixes with "1 of x, 2 of x, etc".
EXAMPLE:
Carrier limit = 160
Recipient limit = 240
Send a 240 character to the recipient, PageGate will sent the first 160 as part 1 and the balance as part 2_________________ Aaron D. Osgood

Yea, I have a carrier limit of 150 and recipient of 600 (4 messages) but had hoped I could hide the 1 of x so that the messages get assembled correctly.

Just to clarify, you want to remove the literal text "1 of 2" and "2 of 2" from the messages, right? Also, when you say you want to hide it so that the messages get assembled correctly, what's assembling them and how is it currently happening incorrectly? |

Hello,
Yes I just want to remove the 1 of x part so that when a message comes through it wouldnt look like this -
1 of 2:Status: Up
Name: Servername
Model: HP etc
Hardware Fault: PSU
S/N: AB345
2 of 2:Part Number: 1234
Instead it would look like this -
Status: Up
Name: Servername
Model: HP etc
Hardware Fault: PSU
S/N: AB345
Part Number: 1234

There really isn't a setting to remove that text from the message. There isn't any guarantee that messages will be delivered to the phone in the order that we delivered them to the carrier, so it's necessary to have the "1 of X", "2 of X", etc. |

ok fair enough. I guess I could put a CR/LF for the first line and would make it a little more readable.
Thanks
