Unable to send smtp message to ATT iPhone

PageGate shows the message was SUCCESSFUL

but recipient never receives the page and i get the following message:

"This Message was undeliverable due to the following reason:

the subscriber has restricted e-mail to <XXXXXXXXXX@txt.att.net>


Please reply to <Postmaster@cingularme.com>

if you feel this message to be in error. "

other ATT iPhones work fine

That message means that the specific user you're trying to send the message to has that function disabled on their account. Have them contact customer service and request that the function be enabled and your messages should go through.
