Mail Server Service crashing on fresh install W2k8R2-64bit

I just re-built my server that runs PageGate. It is now Windows 2008 R2 64 bit. I downloaded the newest binary and installed without problem. Dropped in the previous Database folder and almost everything is working just like it did prior to the rebuild. The only issue is that the Mail Server service is continually crashing. It logs a 7034 "service terminated unexpectedly" message in the Windows Event log every 20 seconds.

Any ideas??

You'll need to add an exception to the DEP list for the pgmailserver.exe and pggmail.exe files:

1) Click on your Start menu.

2) Right click on Computer, go to Properties.

3) On the left hand side, click on Advanced System Settings.

4) In the Performance section, click Settings.

5) Go under the Data Execution Prevention tab.

6) Move the down down to "Turn on DEP for all programs and services except those I select"

7) Click on Add.

8) Add this file: c:\program files\pagegate\pgmailserver.exe

9) Add this file: c:\program files\pagegate\pggmail.exe

10) Click on Apply, then OK.

11) Reboot the computer.
